PP supports five different view styles.
·Normal view is the standard view style showing most components such as the main menu, the toolbar, the folder tree and the status bar. The shortcut is F2.
·Compact view is a simplified view of the standard style in which the folder tree is hidden. It is useful when you have located your photo folder and still want full controls over its playing options. The shortcut is F3.
·Minimal view just shows the image window. All other components are hidden. It is different from full screen since it only covers a portion of the screen. In this unique view mode, you can drag PP window to a corner and continue your work while PP is playing. You can still access the folder tree, toolbar, statusbar and quick tips by simply moving your mouse cursor to the edge of the window. PP hides your mouse cursor in 5 seconds if no action is taken. So You do not need to move your mouse cursor out of the window. The shortcut is F4 or DoubleClicking the image window.
·Full screen view is seen in most other slideshow viewers. The shortcut is F11. During full screen mode, you can still access the folder tree, toolbar, statusbar and quick tips by simply moving your mouse cursor to the edge of the window. PP hides your mouse cursor in 5 seconds if no action is taken. So You do not need to move your mouse cursor to the edge of the screen.
·Thumbnail view allows you to view photos in a folder as thumbnail pictures. It can be accessed either by the main menu, the popup menu or the main toolbar.
·Pressing F12 can quickly minimize PP.
·Comment allows you to turn on or off photo captions. Photo captions can be displayed either on the top or to the bottom of the image. If no caption is defined for a photo, you can optionally display its file name (see options). With UniDream PhotoPlayer Plus or Pro, you can batch annotate your photos with photo captions and define different font for each photo caption. The shortcut is C.
·Tip allows you to view a list of commands available in PP. It also lists the shortcuts and hints. This is a quick tip. You can even run a command by right clicking the command item in the list. The shortcut is Ctrl+T. This list is also accessable by moving your mouse to the right edge of the window during minimal or full screen view.
